Requirements for all ages:
- If your child has not played with us before, all age groups must submit a copy of their Birth Certificate. Copies will not be returned.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- Complete one application per child and mail both sheets (white & yellow). Copies will not be accepted.
- Parents must provide shin guards, which must be worn at all times during games & practices for all age groups
- Cleats are a must for all age groups except the munchkins.
- A soccer ball must be brought to all practices.
- Water bottles to be provided by parents.
